Life has it’s own time to approach different opportunities in life and when it does, you should not stop yourself from grabbing them. You should not be disappointed with your own life just because you are deprived of many beautiful opportunities in this world. They are in queue just waiting for their turn to come in your life. However, you really need to think whether something is meant for you or not. Remember, everything that you find in this Mother Earth is not for you. God has already designed what are meant to be yours. So, acceptance is crucial in your life.
In 2012, I created my Facebook account. I was exactly ten years in school by then. Until the time comes in 2012, I didn’t know that such a beautiful forum does exist in the world. I was not aware of any social media. Facebook was the first of many social media to which I was exposed and after that I came to know that there are different means of social communication; that we can actually connect to the world- the concept which was checked IMPOSSIBLE in my thinking brain. I got a fantastic feeling after creation of my Facebook account, however, I was not able to use it for about three years due to lack of facilities. No computer, no money, no mobile phone. I had nothing to access my account. Doesn’t it sound unhappy? It was more than unhappy. It’s literally excruciating enough to break my heart.
I at least created my first social media account. I thought it’s fine as long as I can have it in future. Sudesh Gurung was my friend when I was in grade ten in 2012. He is the son of a Engineer and a business woman. I shall mention him here as the son of a rich family. Born with the silver spoon in his mouth, he was enjoying his life with full access to any kinds of worldly pleasures. He helped me to create my Facebook account. He had his account few years before. I owe to him a lot. Being able to use Facebook is one thing I should consider as his contribution in my life. It’s actually simple to create an account, I realized afterward. Thank you Sudesh Gurung, my buddy. If it wasn’t your support, I may not be using it right now. Just want to say that he lead me to the first step towards social media.
Frequency of my visit to the Facebook account was very low for about two years. I resumed using it from early 2015. After that, I was regularly on Facebook. Reading newsfeed, viewing photos, posting my status, going through the notifications and so many things. I must say we can be friends just like any other friends of mine. Tshering Dendup Bhutan is the link to my account. I must consider myself ACTIVE in Facebook most of the time because I don’t keep my Facebook account dull. I love modifying my account a lot by changing profile pictures frequently, posting status more than the people normally do, comments and likes the posts and status updates of most of my friends. I readily accept the friend request from all, strangers are not an exception. Until now, I have been following many unknown friends, pages and groups as well all of which are a great way from which I can obtain satisfaction.
I love people liking and commenting on my posts. It feels inspired and motivated if my friends are giving me a positive comments and moreover, the bad comments are the great way to improve some specific mistakes within my feelings and opinions.
I am looking forward for more friends in my Facebook account upto the maximum limit of friends that are allowed by Facebook. Even if you don’t chat with me, I love seeing your profiles and posts. So just be my friend list.
Creating a Facebook account would never be a mistake in anyone’s life except for those who are not eligible. I strongly recommend Facebook to be one of your social accounts. I am wrong here to tell you to have Facebook account, right? Everyone would have Facebook account by now. Instead I must be requesting you to be my friends. In this huge world, let’s connect via Facebook. If you don’t have Facebook, CREATE ONE HERE. If you already have it, I want to say, “Please, let’s be friends throughout our life”.
