The Rose I saw would Wilt

I assume that you know me well enough!

With the dawn of human I was born here

So I was destined to be their friends forever

For they knew that I would not betray them

Intelligent, human mind is for which I applaud

When I was filled with the gold they wanted

That’s when they thought I would be helpful

That’s when I was born from their own hands

Better colors, better glows and better cosmetics

Adorned I was with all sorts of better things

With kisses and hugs, blessed with new friends

Hands to hands, friends to strangers I went on

Didn’t ever know that happier I was growing

Darker the ‘better’ lights on me unfolded faster

I was scared for I was held in the dirty hands

Reminding it again, human mind is intelligent

Nevertheless, their actions are a complete fool

Truly, I shall now stand against human beings

Never I betrayed them but they are really cruel

Thousands of reasons I may not be telling here

In the sky, on the lands and through the oceans

Reasons are dancing to the tunes of my verses

And culprit I am for these reasons everywhere

The culprit I didn’t want to be, forcefully made

With the dawn of human I was born here

Now I shall die a death in a way I never wanted

Time of dusk is here, remorse in human eyes

But how can their foolish actions be reversed?

Let me tell you,”the Rose I saw would wilt”

Listen to my songs now and change the fate

Listen to me, listen to the WASTE human called

Humans! Don’t let that Rose I saw to wilt

Don’t call me WASTE, I have better TASTE
