Am I Happy? Do I look happy?

While facial expression and daily activities that we do can determine your mental status, not all people can be judged and considered from their gestures and their actions.

What people show and do in the public may not really mean the inner aspects that they have. As to consider globe, there are different people with different aspects who may be

1. one who does or show what they really love.

2. one who does or show just to make others happy whether they like it or not.

3. one who does or show but something that doesn’t really defines their reality

4. one who does or show something different because the truth and reality is bitter to be spoken or shown.

5. one who does or show one thing to gain attention of someone they prefer to be with.

So the lists are many more which are interconnected to each other and carry a strong mental and emotional association. Here, I mean to say that when someone look happy, is he/she really happy? Does facial smile always mean happiness? Doesn’t it sometimes mean the pain? Doesn’t it mean the agony?

So when you see me smiling at one moment or dancing the another day, you should not be proactive to shout out loud about me.

It’s not just about me, let me tell you to consider yourself ‘I’ in this article and consider the ideas that are being shared. At one point of our life, we all have that heaviness, that top of an iceberg to which people try to balance with happiness so easily.

The broken heart would still smile in the midst of bleeding just to fulfill above mentioned conditions. The dying soul would still breath with laughter just for those aforementioned lists of statements.

DON’T BE SO EASY TO JUDGE, BE EASY TO FEEL FIRST BEFORE JUDGEMENT.
