My days are Nothing but AI oriented

How do you unwind after a demanding day?

After a demanding day, I find the best way to reset is by shifting from clinical data and management decisions to something much more grounded and tactile. Here is how I usually unwind:

1. The Garden Sanctuary

There is something incredibly therapeutic about working with my Bonsai collection. After hours of making high-stakes decisions, focusing on the minute details of pruning or the patience required for air layering a peach tree helps slow my mind down. It’s a different kind of precision—one that’s quiet and restorative.

2. Digital Creativity

I often transition into my role as a creator for Dr. Tshering Vlogs. Drafting a new blog post or editing a video about health literacy allows me to process my professional experiences through a creative lens. It turns the day’s challenges into stories that might help the community, which makes the hard work feel even more purposeful.

3. Physical Release & Community

If there’s a match or a practice session, getting out on the football pitch is the ultimate stress reliever. Whether I’m playing or just supporting a local tournament, the energy of the game and the camaraderie with friends provide a perfect “brain break” from hospital administration.

4. Family Time

Of course, nothing beats coming home to Tshering Zam and our daughter, Tandin Yangchen. Since she just celebrated her first birthday, every moment watching her reach new milestones is a reminder of why I work so hard.

5. Exploring New Perspectives

Sometimes, I like to step away from medicine and horticulture entirely. I might dive into a mystery novel or watch a documentary about space or history—anything that offers a completely different view of the world and keeps my curiosity sharp.

How about you—do you find that working with plants or being outdoors helps you decompress as well?
